Our Client was arrested for stealing over $11,000 of property from a business in Manhattan. Client provided a full confession and the stolen property was found in client's possession. Client initially had a different lawyer who almost had client take a deal that would have given client a felony conviction and some jail time. Client contacted us and we successfully negotiated a much better deal to a non-felony outcome with no jail and no criminal record by pleading down to a violation (disorderly conduct).
