Felony Computer Crimes, Client faced over 100 years in prison (Manhattan)

Lance’s client was indicted for numerous computer crimes for the possession of contraband media that could have resulted in over 100 years in prison. The evidence against him included storage media found during a search warrant and he freely admitted that the computer was his in a lengthy statement to police. Client was very worried about a long prison sentence and was married and had a successful carreer that were being threatened. Case successfully resolved with no probation, no jail after we assembled a mitigation package to the judge over 300 pages long.
