Our client was allegedly driving outside a nightclub in Manhattan when a girl walked in front of the car and our client struck the girl causing the girl to suffer physical injuries. Our client then, allegedly, drove off but was subsequently identified. Our client contacted us for help. Initially, the prosecutor was demanding on a guilty plea to leaving the scene of an accident, VTL 600, but this would have given our client a permanent criminal record and would have subjected our client to a possible jail sentence. After months of fighting in court, we were able to get the case completely dismissed and sealed.
