Theft of services case dismissed in Queens

Lance’s client was arrested for being in possession of a stolen card which our client used to gain access to transportation. Our client faced up to a year in jail and immigration consequences because our client was here on a student visa. After negotiating with the Queens District Attorney, we were able to work out a deal where our client would have the case dismissed as long as our client did not get arrested for 6 months.
