Lance’s client was arrested for what was, essentially, and argument with a cab driver that escalated. When the police arrived, our client was arrested for theft of services but during this arrest, our client made efforts to avoid being handcuffed which lead to a possible resisting arrest charge. Our client contacted us for help. In court, Lance was able to work things out with the prosecutor so that the entire case and any possible charges based on the events of that day would be dismissed and sealed as long as Lance’s client paid a small sum for restitution.
