Our client was allegedly involved in an argument with a traffic agent, drove off, but struck the agent with the car causing physical injury. Our client contacted us for help after the police started looking for our client. We took on the case and negotiated for a surrender so that we could fight to dismiss the charges in court. After our client was surrendered and the case was in court, we entered a plea of not guilty and fought to clear our client’s name on the ground that the traffic agent’s account of what happened was not accurate. After a few months of pre-trial litigation, we negotiated a deal to have our client’s case completely dismissed and no jail, no community service, no probation, no criminal record.
