Grand Larceny in Brooklyn Dismissed
2016
Our client was seen taking several computers and electronic equipment from
work and trying to sell them to another person. He was charged with grand
larceny in the fourth degree, carrying up to 4 years in state prison.
Despite overwhelming evidence of guilt, we successfully negotiated a deal
that avoided jail and a criminal record. As part of the deal, our client
only had to plead guilty to disorderly conduct and complete ten days of
community service and there would be no criminal record.
