Client Vindicated After Arrested for Rape in the First Degree:
A client was arrested by the Brooklyn Special Victims Squad of the NYPD for Rape in the First Degree. Extensive analysis of medical reports and phone records showed that my client was completely innocent. The Kings County (Brooklyn) DA dismissed all charges.
Narcotics / Felony Marijuana:
Manhattan - After a client was observed holding a bag with several hundred tablets of a controlled substance, he was charged with a serious felony, punishable by up to twelve (12) years in State Prison - Case reduced to a misdemeanor with a small fine and no jail and no probation.
Manhattan - I represented a person in possession of over one-hundred pills of a controlled substance - Although this client was initially charged with a felony, the case was eventually dismissed.
Manhattan - All criminal charges were dropped against a man accused of selling marijuana to an undercover police officer in Harlem
Manhattan – Marijuana - Client was caught growing numerous marijuana plants in client's basement during search warrant execution - Case eventually dismissed
