David Colgan, Esq (of counsel)

David Colgan, Esq. has over 16 years of experience in New York criminal law. After graduation from New York University School of Law in 1998, Mr. Colgan served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where he served in the domestic violence and sex crimes bureaus and handled numerous felony and misdemeanor trials. Since leaving the District Attorney’s office in 2005, Mr. Colgan has represented numerous clients in federal and state criminal cases, as well as post-conviction proceedings. Mr. Colgan brings his extensive experience in criminal defense to the Law Office of Lance Fletcher, allowing us to investigate and challenge criminal accusations especially in multi-defendant situations. Mr. Colgan is fluent in Spanish.
